Open php.ini

1. Maximum Upload file size:

Upload_max_filesize=2m

Change to the size you need

2. Maximum Post size:

Post_max_size=2m

Change to the size you need, the second is generally larger than the first value

3. There is also a place

Max_execution_time=30

This is the maximum execution time, if the file is too large to upload when the time-out will also fail, change this or change to 0 unlimited.
