PHP, from PHP5.3 to PHP5.4!

I have been in contact with PHP for nearly two months, and I have been disconnected for nearly two months for busy exam review and internships.

I don't know if there is a conflict between Apache and IE10, whether the system is win8, or if it is not compatible with Wamp, it is better to use IIS.
