PHP Modifiers: Global and static

Description
1. Using the keyword defined by global, when the function is called, it will be accessible anywhere in the current script
2. Use static positioning keyword, when this keyword is accessed within the function, the function is not accessible elsewhere.
In common: The global static allows the positioned variable to point to the same memory area.
