Changed the root password under phpMyAdmin. As soon as you log on, the system reports

"The session cannot be created when an error occurs. Please check the PHP or website server log" error

 

Because XAMPP is used for direct installation, find the PHP Directory under the XAMPP installation directory, find the php5.ini file, and find

Session. save_path = "D: \ XAMPP \ tmp"

Know the session storage directory, and then go to the D: \ XAMPP \ tmp directory to clear all the files,

Go to phpMyAdmin again. Everything is normal.
