Download phpMyAdmin, extract to Apache web directory

Visit http://127.0.0.1/phpMyAdmin/index.php

Log in with the user name and password of the database.

If there is a "blank password logon is forbidden (see allow null password)" Error prompt, the workaround is as follows:
1. Rename the config.sample.inc.php copy of the phpMyAdmin directory to config.inc.php
2. Change the value of the following key to true.
