1. Build table, Forexample set encoding to UTF8_GENERAL_CI in phpMyAdmin

2. Use SQL connection in Python to set CharSet to UTF8, note cannot be utf-8!

For example:

def Connect ():     = MySQLdb.connect (host=host,user=user,passwd=passwd,db=db,port=port,charset='UTF8' ) )    return con

3. When adding and querying records in Python, the character encoding is Utf-8

Do the above, you can at the same time in Python, phpmyadmin see the normal Chinese.

It is worth noting that when querying records in Python, the encoding of the MySQL return character is Unicode rather than utf-8,

Need to be dealt with separately.
