Install Python packages with PIP using a domestic image

Pip timed out or error "cannot fetch index base URL http://e.pypi.python.org/simple/" When installing Python package

Workaround: Add the parameter "-I http://pypi.v2ex.com/simple", that is, the domestic mirror.

Once and for all: ~/.pip/Create the file pip.conf (if not yet) and fill in the following:

[Global]

Timeout = 6000

Index-url = Http://pypi.v2ex.com/simple

[Install]

Use-mirrors = True

Mirrors = http://e.pypi.python.org
