Using the default totem of the system, rmvb cannot be played, and mplayer cannot be installed. I read a lot of posts and tried a lot of methods, but it never works. Finally, two posts are completed:
1. Perfect playback of rmvb and other common video files in Ubuntu
2. Ubuntu rmvb
Actually, you can use the first post, because real codec is not free...
The process for extracting the first post is as follows:
1. Update Source
Skip this step
2. Uninstall the default totem
Sudo apt-Get remove totem-gstreamer
3. Install totem-xine.
Sudo apt-Get install totem-xine libxine1-ffmpeg libxine1-gnome libxine1-plugins libxine1 libstdc ++ 5
4. Install the decoder.
Sudo apt-Get install w32codecs
The second post is excerpted as follows:
Rmvb cannot be played because the decoding package of rmvb is not free software. Modify the source:
Sudo gedit/etc/APT/sources. List

As for the many comments on the Internet, I don't care about the top TEM and mplayer users. After all, I don't have a high requirement. You can just look at it.
