Remote connection to Oracle is cumbersome and usually requires client installation of Oracle to be implemented. With instantclient, you can compare simple connections to remote Oracle.
1. New directory D:\Oracle_Cleint used to store related files, new directory D:\Oracle_Cleint\NETWORK\ADMIN for tnsnames files
2. Download the corresponding version and the System Instantclient compressed package, extract the Instantclient folder, and put the contents of the folder under D:\Oracle_Cleint.

3. Get the Tnsnames.ora file with the file location under/home/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/network/admin.
4. Modify the Tnsnames.ora file and modify the following
# Tnsnames.ora Network Configuration File:/home/app/oracle/product/11.2. 0/dbhome_1/network/admin/==Oracle1521= == orcl )))
Modify the above Oracle to the corresponding IP address
5. Place the modified Tnsnames.ora file in the D:\Oracle_Cleint\NETWORK\ADMIN directory.
6. Set environment variables (user variables, such as environment variables, "Properties", "My Computer," right), create a new user variable, variable name nls_lang, variable value simplified Chinese_china. ZHS16GBK
7. Configure Plsql Developer, tools → preferences →oracle→ connection, complete Oracle home directory name: D:\Oracle_Cleint\
