PowerShell entry (sequence): Why PowerShell?

In my opinion, PowerShell has three features that allow it to survive or even flourish:

This is an extremely rich age of computer languages. Hundreds of languages exist at the same time and play a role. As an IT worker, we will learn these computer languages based on our role. Like PowerShell, not every programmer needs it. PowerShell is more like an administrator's language. If you are a network programming programmer, learning it will only waste your time.
