About the fifth chapter after the reading has been in the Practice3, the following is 6-7 chapters of reading notes.
The 6th Chapter Agile Process
This chapter describes the concept of "agile process", which I am very unfamiliar with, after reading a certain understanding. Agile processes provide a way for development teams to develop better, faster, and more satisfying customer satisfaction values. In 6.1.2, the agile process has four steps: 1. Find out what you need to do to complete the product (Poduct Backlog), and my understanding is to identify the problem. 2. Decide what the current sprint needs to solve (the sprint Backlog), which is to identify the problem that is the top priority. 3. Sprint (Sprint), that is, work. 4. Give it to the user. The submission of the work. Of course, every step has a lot of details to pay attention to, and can not be ignored. To achieve more than 90% of the entire process, I believe this software should do a good job.
Here I ask a question: Is this development approach for agile processes suitable for all development? How did it develop into the present?
Chapter 7th MSF
MSF is the meaning of Microsoft's solution framework. I can understand a way of thinking to solve the problem. is similar to "agile process", but it is a model of software development that Microsoft gives. It also has its basic principles (from Verse 7.2): 1. Promote information sharing and communication. 2. Work for a common vision. 3. Full delegation of authority and trust. 4. Responsible for the project together. 5. The value of the delivery increment. 6. Keep agile, anticipate and adapt to change. 7. Quality of investment. 8. Learn all the experience. 9. Cooperate with customers. I think the basic principle of Microsoft's solution is very special, and it is not easy to be eliminated. It's good that he learns all the experiences of the world in an open mind and adapts to each other during team sprints.
Here I ask a question: In so many methods of software engineering development, what method is applicable to our students ' initial software development, how can we improve our interest in software development?
