He is good at computer maintenance, application, and development;
Software: The software designer qualification examination is now passed by the National soft test center;
Familiar ide environments: VC ++, C ++ builder, and VB;
The main database interface used: Ado;
Mainly used data sources: Access, SQL Server, good at using the SQL language;
The main graphic interface is OpenGL, which also has some knowledge about DirectX interfaces;
Other languages: Java (J2EE, j2-based );
Network: familiar with ASP, PHP, javastript, and network architecture design, construction, debugging, and a considerable understanding of security knowledge;
System Maintenance: Three years of computer maintenance experience, familiar with the operating principle of the system;
Others: familiar with the use of almost all common software such as CAD and Photoshop, and the application of UNIX systems;
I submitted a lot of resumes and interviewed several companies. Currently, only one company has 1500. Do you want to go? The resume of this "quasi-programmer" friend is really "high, big, comprehensive", and has a comprehensive grasp of the technology, almost unknown. However, why does a company only want to hire him and give him a monthly salary of 1500 Yuan? He is confused. After a few days, a friend who works as a team leader in a software company wants to recruit a Java software engineer and asks me for help. The recruitment requirements are as follows:

Software Engineer (1 person)
1. major in computer science or related science and engineering; 2 + years working experience;
2. Be familiar with other programming languages such as Java, and be familiar with other programming languages such as VB and VFP;
3. Familiar with MySQL and other mainstream databases. Knowledge of Oracle is preferred;
4. Be familiar with the Linux operating system, and be familiar with Solaris is preferred;
5. Be steadfast and conscientious, have a good team spirit and good communication skills;
6. Experience in independent project development is preferred.
(In private, the monthly salary range is 4500-6000 depending on the individual's ability)

He told me that they have posted the recruitment inspiration for more than a month and have not recruited the right people, please note that this recruitment requirement is much less than that written in the previous resume.
What makes our employers fail to recruit people, and we are so confused in the face of complicated demands for employing people, why did our "quasi-programmers" face challenges when applying for a job?
Is the technology that our "quasi-programmers" have mastered not comprehensive enough? Or is the job requirements of employers too complicated? Obviously none. The reality is the opposite. What is the cause of this situation? I will tell you that there are only two reasons: first, the applicant does not have a clear position for himself, either too high or too low. Second, the technical knowledge mastered by the applicant is out of touch with the requirements of the job. Either the applicant can't use the job or the applicant can't use the job. The two reasons are nothing more than "no clear understanding of the upcoming job ". If our "quasi-programmers" are able to "know ourselves, know ourselves, and know ourselves", then they will naturally be "never defeated.
