Reference: use Windows Live writer to write a blog in the blog Garden (most of the following are from this connection, and only a small part of it is written differently from my actual operations... don't say I'm pirated (~ _~), I am making an advertisement !)
After the download is complete, install Windows Live 2009 (Windows Live 2009 does not seem to support Windows Server 2003, but Windows Server 2008 is supported)

Configuration
In the Start Menu, start the program
The Configuration Wizard runs automatically when you open it for the first time. Select "Other Log Service" and click "Next ".
Set your configuration according to the above format, enter your blog address in the log address, and next,Note: It seems that you do not need to do the following when setting up a blog Garden:
Configure your writer as shown in the preceding figure. Set the remote publishing URL to http://www.cnblogs.com/your login name /services/metaweblog.aspx.
Set successfully. Click Finish.
Use
Windows Live writer has many plug-ins for our programmers, one of which is indispensable: <paste for vs> click here to download and install the plug-in.
Enter the title and text
Insert an image and insert it directly. You can also copy it directly. You can copy a bunch of images together. writer will do a good job.

Download the plug-in and decompress it to the Plugins under the installation directory of Windows Live writer.
Set the category. If the category is just added, click Refresh.
