The program that has two keyboards is the first one is i8042prt this file is your notebook computer.

The second is Kbdhid this is the external keyboard program you use.

Deleting the first one is not possible because deleting the system will automatically find it again.

1. Copy Kbdhid to desktop, modify to I8042prt

2. Pull the modified file into the Drivers folder and replace the original i8042prt. (Note, WIN8 need permission to replace, I used a 360 grinder, directly crush the original 8042prt)

3. Reboot the computer. Then you find that the laptop keyboard is no longer available.

4. In Device Manager you found two of the original keyboard options. There is a yellow exclamation mark, OK, you can already disable it. Hope that we can solve the problem.
