Print field codes, not field values, in Word 2010 documents

In a Word 2010 document, the user can print only the field code when printing a Word document that contains a field, but not the field value, as described in the following procedure:

Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window, click the file → options command, and so on, as shown in Figure 2011121901.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Advanced tab. Select the print field codes instead of field values check box in the Print area, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2011121902.
