Process Description Notation System

Process Description Specification

1. Unit name, compiling person, competent department, participating department, process number, process name, last update date, version number, fill in according to the specific situation;

2. In the "functional belt" of the flowchart, the names of the responsible departments, including the competent departments and other participating departments, may be collectively referred to as the relevant departments if the participating departments are more involved; If a subsidiary is involved in the process, it may be referred to as the unit of affiliation. Functional Band of "function" is divided into two parts, one for the "Unit name" (For example: "XXX") font for "song body, 12th, bold", and two for the "Department name" (for example: "Strategic Planning Department", "related departments", "affiliated units", etc.) font for "song Body, 10th number";

3. All process symbols use the mouse to drag the standard symbols from the process shape into the flowchart;

4. When drawing the flowchart to reflect the sequence of activities, the level of functional band or in the process of importance of the embodiment from right to left, in turn, in the step box to reflect the department involved in this step (process activities) of the job name, sequence number and activities;

5. One process is best not to cross multiple pages, and if you do need a spread, you can use the page index to transition. The text content used uniformly in the page index is "next page" or "bearing page";

6. The process should be hierarchical, with the concept of sub-process (independent process);

7. Process start point callout "start" symbol, end point callout "end" symbol;

8. When there are multiple processes that need to be drawn, add a new page to insert-new page so that you can archive multiple flowcharts in one file.
