Process timing commands on Windows

The Measure-command command in PowerShell is used to measure the elapsed time of the process, similar to the role of the Unix command.

Measure-command {start-process Command "argument"-wait}

For example, Measure-command {start-process notepad-wait} opens the Notepad program, and when you close Notepad, you can see the timing data in PowerShell:

It is important to note that the parameters of the process need to be enclosed in quotation marks.
