The previous article said that agile's views on project goals are a step ahead of the traditional practice. Some people pointed out in their comments that the ultimate goal of the project is to achieve a win-win situation for customers, employees, and companies. This is the highest level of project management. Some people also put forward different opinions on the viewpoint that "everything the customer said is correct". Maybe it is because I have not made it clear. Let's start from here today.

Everything the customer says is correct because the customer has no need to lie to you and he says it is his true idea. Of course, his ideas may not be realistic. This is normal because the customer is not a software expert and cannot expect the customer to propose a solution. This should be the job of the demand analyst.

What's more, the customer usually wants more than the reward he gives, which is unacceptable to the company. What should we do? The answer is to unify the interests of customers with those of the company.

From the customer's point of view, the project can be satisfied with the customer, but the company may be broken down. From the company's point of view, of course, we hope to do nothing and directly collect money. Conflicts between the two are inevitable. However, we should look at this contradiction from a higher level, unify the company's long-term development and customer growth, and strive to help the customer grow. As the customer continues to grow, as a partner, the company grew. From this perspective, we should try our best to meet the customer's requirements within the scope of the company's business, and only customers can have money. As the saying goes, a disadvantage means taking advantage. This is also true for projects.

From the personal perspective of the Project Manager: What kind of people do the boss like? People for the company; who do customers like? For those who want to consider it, they need to unify the customer's needs and the company's development, and consider the customer's needs from the company's perspective, that is, they strive to be a person that both the customer and the boss like.

So how can we unify the two? This is a detail, writeProgramAll users who have used interfaces know what the interface defines, And the implemented class is responsible for what to do. Let's discuss what to do and how to do it.

Some people will scold me again: I have never said anything for a long time. Everyone will say the truth. It is easy to say that it is difficult to do it. It is true to say less about it than to say something about it. However, I still think that if you really think of the company as your own company, it is like hurting your wife, hurting your company, and caring about your team as you care about your son, the specific approach is self-evident. The key is attitude. Previous ArticleArticleSome comments: Attitude determines everything. Take a deep breath, calm down, and ask yourself: Do you really care about your company?

Some people may say: how is my company unfair to me, how is my treatment not good, and why do I expect my company to be put in such a high position? I think this is just to reverse the causal relationship. Only your hard work and value can be rewarded. Where can I find out what I want to do first? Of course, there is another key here-let the boss know that you have contributed. This has a foresight.

Back to the project goal, there are three levels: first, act by contract; second, do according to the real needs of users; third, combine the company's development and the interests of customers; in fact, there is a higher level, that is, the project to achieve social value. This level is relatively high, and such a project is somewhat of a taste of basic research.

For the above four target levels, the return cycle ranges from short to long, and the return rate ranges from small to large. This is true for companies and individuals. Therefore, we need to focus on the world, the company, the customer, and the implementation of the contract.
