Prompt "System cannot find path" when fixing setup

Symptom: "The system cannot find a path" when installing the software

Troubleshooting: If the system user name is in Chinese, some software needs to be unzipped to the Temp folder when it is installed, and the path may not be recognized. To prevent a similar situation from happening again, click the right mouse button on the computer to select Properties, click Advanced System Settings, open the Environment Variables window, click the Edit button to reset the TEMP and TMP variable paths to an English file name directory.
