1, the mask , the literal meaning of the understanding is: the bottom layer of the image with a layer of masking, through the brush tool to control the underlying image and the layer above the display effect. Often used for seamless compositing of layers.

2, masking concept : Masks are the control of the display and hiding parts of the layer area, the mask is the mask itself, does not have any changes to the layer, thereby protecting the layer.

When you add a layer mask, the content drawn with black on the layer mask will be hidden, the content drawn in white will be displayed, and the content drawn in gray tones will be displayed with varying degrees of transparency .

4, the optional paste is also a mask : Check the part that needs to be covered, the other layer selectively paste into as much as possible, automatically generated masks

5, Quick Mask tool, can be used for quick cutout. Black check selection, white minus selection
