Final effect

1, a new 600 * 600 pixel file, background fill white. Create a new layer and select the Pen tool to check out the selections shown in the following figure. The contour of the first half of the selection is symmetrical. Fill the selection with black.

3. Create a new layer, and use the elliptical marquee tool to pull out the oval selection shown in Figure 3 and fill it with white. After pressing CTRL + D to cancel the selection, add the layer mask and pull the transparency below with a black-and-white linear gradient as shown in Figure 4.

4. In the mask, check out the selection shown in the following figure, fill the black.

8, pull out the eyes of the selection, execution: select > Modify > Shrink, the value is 2, make sure to create a new layer fill white. Then move the selection a little to the left, as shown in Figure 11, and delete it by deleting it. After you remove the selection and add a layer mask, pull the lower transparency effect with a black-and-white linear gradient, as shown in Figure 12.
