1, create a new folder, fill the black background, and then draw a circle, I fill with green.

4. Next, use the circular selection tool, draw an ellipse (as shown), create a new layer, and draw a radial gradient from white to transparent. Note You want to drag the gradient. When you are done, rotate around 30 degrees of ellipse. This is our main bright spot.

5, now copy the highlight layer, and then hold down the CTRL key and click to select the second highlight layer on its pixel. Then press and left arrows several times, and then press DELETE. (as shown in the picture)

6, switch back to your first bright spot layer. Then repeat the second highlight and rotate to the bottom left of the example. Now, you have your button style!

7, the next step is very important, set the fill to 0%, so that only the gloss has no color, easy to the next operation fill settings.

9, hold down the CTRL key and click on the circle layer to get the selection, and then press Shift+i to reverse the election, remove unnecessary
