1, create a new 1024 * 768 pixel document, background fill black.

Create a new layer named "Ribbon 1", use the Pen tool to check out the path shown in Figure 1, and then fill in white after the selection, as shown in Figure 2.

2, after the lock layer execution: Filter > Art effect > Plastic packaging, parameter settings such as Figure 3, the effect is shown in Figure 4.
