1, open the original material, with their own skilled way to pull out the characters, copied to the new layer.

2. Create a new layer on the background layer, fill the blue color, and change the layer blending mode to "filter".

3, the blue fill layer with the background layer merged, appropriate Gaussian blur processing (filter > Blur > Gaussian blur).

4, back to pull out the character layer, press CTRL + U to adjust the hue/saturation, the appropriate increase in saturation, parameter settings as shown below. You can also adjust with curves and so on.

5, with the pen tool to pull out the umbrella, press CTRL + J copy to the new layer, and the layer named "umbrella."
