Create a color balance for a city layer in the form of a clipping mask.

Add a curve adjustment layer, improve the contrast, and create the same clipping mask.

Next, we'll make the rounded rectangle at the bottom of the poster with the text. Draw a white rounded rectangle with rounded rectangle tool to adjust the transparency to 13%

We can see that the rounded rectangle of the original image has a similar white stroke and a black one, where I use two inner glow, copy a rounded rectangle, clear the layer style, modify the fill to 0, and add a black inner glow.

Copy a layer of black inner glow layer, the same clear layer style, modify the fill to 0, add a white inner glow.

Next, we add the following white portion of the rounded rectangle, with the rectangular tool, draw a rectangular bar, load the rounded rectangle's selection, and create a mask. and change the layer opacity to 49%

Set foreground color to # 1A1A1A, draw a square, rotate 45 degrees, and add a black inner glow.

Next, add text and logo, there is no skill to say, but simply adjust the transparency of the appropriate.

Below, we add that light, similar to the flare of that thing, with a brush, easy to handle, suffering from my lazy, computer and no brush, easy to get under.
