1. Create a new 2560*1440px document that fills the background with dark gray.
2.F5 Open the Brush panel and adjust as shown in the following image
3. New group, under group New layer, with just the adjusted white brush on Layer 1 smear (you can constantly change the size of the brush, the effect is better).
4. Select background layer and group, merge. Ctrl+l Open the Color Level Panel, change the black to 124, white 161; This is to eliminate the blurred edges
5. Select the Magic Wand tool to select a dark background area, right-click to select a similar selection, make sure all dark backgrounds are selected, and then delete.
6. Import material picture, copy, Gaussian Blur 20. Select the layer style, add color overlay, dark gray, 60% opacity. (Find some pictures on the Internet or use them in a good photo)
7. Place the background to the top and change its layer style
