When you open a variety of documents, the file name is automatically recorded in the "Documents" submenu on the Start menu, if you don't want to keep the records, or if you don't want others to see what you've opened, you can modify the registry to automatically clear the document every time you quit Windows The history of the menu.

Run Registry Editor, open Hkey_current_usersoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversionpoliciesexplorer, locate the key value entry Clearrecentdocsonexit, Set the key value to "01000000" (on behalf of clearing the history in my Recent documents).

When Setup is complete, there will be no more recorded records in the My Recent Documents menu history.
