Python Learning notes 010--participation arguments

A problem is ignored in use, some of which are similar to arguments, and cannot be a "keyword with positional parameters", that is, the " default parameter" must not contain a " positional" parameter!

def Test (a=100, b):    print("test") test (a=100,b =200)

Output:

  " test01.py ", line 1    def Test (a=100, b):            ^syntaxerror:non-default argument follows Default argument

In fact, this form is written with an error in the IDE.
