In general, Python does not include the OpenCV module, need to install or configure their own, installation is relatively simple I will not say, say the download module, hands-on configuration (because the LZ is Winpython, green version of non-installation, although the integration of a lot of modules, but Wood has OPENCV, Can not be installed directly, can only be configured on their own)
Then first of all to download the module package, you can go to my resources to download python2.x 32-bit OPENCV or 64-bit OPENCV, if python3.x please download it by yourself here.
After the download is complete, the file extension is WHL, then unzip (of course, here as a Windows operating system), the Opencv_python-2.4.11.dist-info folder, cv.py, The cv2.pyd files are placed in the Site-packages folder under the Lib folder in the Python installation root directory. Place the Opencv_ffmpeg2411_64.dll in the Opencv_python-2.4.11.data file in the Python installation root directory. Other DLL files are placed in the Site-packages folder of the Python installation root Lib folder. Then you can use it normally ~ ~ ~
