Windows installed Anaconda, successfully installed Paramiko, but the new Paramiko project, the direct error. Error message: Unknown exception:dll load failed: The operating system could not run%1.

From Cryptography.hazmat.bindings._openssl import FFI, Libimporterror:dll load failed: The operating system could not run%1.

Workaround: See the error is obviously the OpenSSL library loading is not successful: the C:\Windows\System32 directory under the Libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll Delete it
