Writing a program in Python for the first time

First of all

Python3 No URLLIB2 this component

It's urllib.request.

So I introduced it in front of the file

Import Urllib.request

Urllib2. Request Replacement for Urllib.request.Request

Urllib2.urlopen Replacement for Urllib.request.urlopen

Always have an error while coding

POST data should is bytes or an iterable of bytes. It cannot be of type Str.

Baidu after the search to find a solution

Add. Encode (encoding= ' UTF8 ') after encoding

Urllib.parse.urlencode (data) encode (encoding= ' UTF8 ')

This will solve the error.
