Qq cannot install the system on time

Today, I asked my niece a computer problem: QQ cannot be installed. I tried several versions, but I only had to reinstall WINXP. PS: WINXP + SP2 in tomato garden is quite good.

After the system is installed, some software can be installed. After Norton is installed, LiveUpdate reports an error. An error occurred while installing and downloading flashget. Qq still cannot be installed.
By chance, you can use Windows Media Player to open an MP3 file and report that the date of the file is July 22, 2087. So adjust the time to the current date, and then enable the playback, OK.
Now the Norton online upgrade is OK, and QQ can run properly after installation. The flash get download still reports an error for some reason.
