When you create a new connection

Connection name: Your own casual name (but preferably the same as the project name)

User name:

Password:

Host name: The IP address of the DB file name

Port: The port in the DB file name

The name after the port in the Sid;db file

SVN report URL Access forbidden for unknown reason

Probably because there is no SVN permission for the project
