Questions about Oracle IP address Modification

Source: Internet
Author: User

Analysis:
1. when installing Oracle, Oracle creates a directory named "Current ip_orcl" under F: \ oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ db_1 by default, this directory stores information such as the configuration of the Oracle database named orcl.
2. by default, Oracle creates a directory named "oc4j_dbconsole _ current ip_orcl" under the F: \ oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ db_1 \ Solaris \ J2EE directory, this directory stores the configurations of the oracledbconsole service and other information.
3. oracle defaults the listener under F: \ oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ db_1 \ Network \ admin. host and tnsnames in listener in ora file. set the host in orcl (database instance) in Ora to the current IP Address

Solution:
1. Rename the "current ip_orcl" directory under F: \ oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ db_1 to "127.0.0.1 _ orcl" or "machine name _ orcl"
2. Rename the "oc4j_dbconsole _ current ip_orcl" directory under F: \ oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ db_1 \ Solaris \ J2EE to "oc4j_dbconsole_127.0.0.20.orcl" or "oc4j_dbconsole _ machine name _ orcl"
3. in the F: \ oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ db_1 \ Network \ ADMIN directory, set listener. host and tnsnames of listener in ora file. in ora, the host of orcl (database instance) is changed to 127.0.0.1 or the machine name.

Note: In the solution to the following oracledbconsoleorcl startup problem, it is not feasible to rename the aforementioned directory and host 127.0.0.1. Therefore, we recommend that you use the machine name to check whether localhost is available, I did not test

. Of course, if you do not want to access the oracledbconsoleorcl service, you can set it to 127.0.0.1.

The above method only temporarily solves the access problem between the oracleserviceorcl service and the oracleoradb10g_home1tnslistener service. To solve the problem of starting oracledbconsoleorcl, follow the steps below (which is repeated with the above steps)

To skip)
Note: you must first start the oracleserviceorcl and oracleoradb10g_home1tnslistener services.

Step 1: Change the new IP address or machine name
C: \ oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ db_1 \ Solaris \ J2EE \ oc4j_dbconsole_192.168.0.136_orcl (Replace the new IP address or machine name, but it cannot be 127.0.0.1. We recommend that you use the machine name)

C: \ oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ db_1 \ computer_name_orcl)

Step 2:
Enter:

Set oracle_sid = orcl
Emca-repos recreate
