Questions about saving the php image for downloading

I want to make a simple application to automatically display 10 titles and click the title to display news. in the news, there are pictures I uploaded in the background, how can I know that this image corresponds to the image with the title? I want to know this method now. I want to upload the image to an uploads folder. How to save the image or how it is reflected in the database.

------ Solution --------------------
Didn't your background Upload page correspond to the title?
Create tables
Id auto_increment primary key
News_id
Pic_url
Associate news_id with the news table.
------ Solution --------------------
Echo $ _ FILES ['userfile'] ['name'];
You can output the name. can't you store it?
Usually put it at the end, and wait until the file is uploaded successfully.
Set the $ _ FILES ['userfile'] ['name'] value
Just insert the database.
