Prerequisites for quick flow Installation Guide

Quickflow supports wss3.0 SP2, moss07 SP2, and mos2010,Install. Net framework3.5 (SP1).

Download the Installation File

Download the latest version from the following URL:

Http://quickflow.codeplex.com/

Note: You need to download two files: quick flow solution package and quickflow designer quickflowdesinger.

If you install it on moss07, You need to download quickflow. WSP

Download quickflowformos2010wsp

Install solution packages

Copy quickflow.wsp.zip or quickflowformos2010wsp to the Sharepoint Server and decompress it. Click the wsp_install.cmd file to install the solution package to the server farm. If an earlier version of quickflow exists, run wsp_update.cmd to upgrade the old version.

Open the management center and choose operation> solution management. The installed solution package is displayed.

Deployment Solution package to Application Program

Click the solution name to go to the solution deployment page. Click the solution deployment link.

Select the application to be deployed and click OK.

Activation

After deployment, visit the website and go to the website set function Management page to activate the quickflow function.

If it is installed on mos10, you also need to activate quickflow app configuration in the management center.

Check that the Web. config configuration is successful.

When the feature of quickflow is activated, the configuration is automatically added to Web. config, which does not prevent modification failure. Make sure that the Web. config configuration is correct:

Open the Web. config file under the site and confirm that the <authorizedtypes> node exists:

Installation FAQ

1) solution upgrade failed

Solution: uninstall the old version and reinstall it.

Choose Console> action> solution management. On the solution properties page, click Uninstall solution.

Click confirm to uninstall.

After the uninstallation is complete, go to the solution properties page again and remove the solution.

2) An error occurred on the workflow status page after the quickflow solution is uninstalled.

Cause: Because quickflow modifies the workflow status page of the system and packages it in the WSP package, the page will be deleted when the WSP is uninstalled.

Solution: Rename quickflow. WSP to quickflow. Cab, decompress the package,

For 07, change wrkstat_2007bak.aspx to wrkstat. aspx and copy it to the layouts directory.

If it is 10, rename wrkstat_2010bak.aspx to wrkstat. aspx and copy it to the layouts directory.

Design workflow with quickflowdesigner

Extract quickflowdesigner.zipon the pointpointserver, and single-click quickflowdesigner.exe to start the designer.

After the design is complete, publish it to the server

Enter the link of the website, select the list bound to the workflow, store the list of workflow tasks, enter the workflow name, and select the workflow startup method.

To modify a published workflow, open the existing workflow from the File menu.

In the open dialog box, enter the site link, click open, and thenDouble-clickWorkflow name to open the workflow.
