Eclipse--->preferences (preference)---->java-->build Path--->userlibiraries-->new Enter your own name (I'm creating a mylibrary here) and click Add Jars to import the jar package.

When using, in the project right-click, BuildPath---Add Libraries, select the user library, click Next, select the class library you created.
