First step: Download Https://dev.mysql.com/downloads

Sign up for an Oracle account, occasionally you can use it, and get used to downloading it on the website.

Choose version 5.7.18 here

The latest version of the installation and the previous difference is a bit big oh, simplified has no operability.

Step Two: Install

Decompression, Cmd.exe as an administrator (not the administrator to perform the following install will error, bold attempt)

\mysql5.7.18\mysql-5.7.18-winx64\bin>mysqld Install

Step three: Start the service

\mysql5.7.18\mysql-5.7.18-winx64\bin>net start MySQL
