The type initializer for "System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection" throws an exception

The problem is in the. NET C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\machine.config file. It may be that installing additional software causes the configuration file to be modified.

Workaround: Replace the machine.config with a machine.config.default in the same directory.
