I searched the internet and found that the user's shell is not allowed to log on. solution: for example, if a problem occurs when I use su-apache, use vi to check apache account information # vi/etc/passwd | grep apache finds that its shell is "/sbin/nologin ", you need to change it to "/bin/bash" # vipw/etc/passwd after modification, save and exit, and then su-apache can easily go in.
