Keyboardshouldpersisttaps Boolean type

When false, tap external focus text input when the keyboard is discarded upward. When true, scrolling views do not grab a tap, and the keyboard is not automatically discarded. The default value is False. set Keyboardshouldpersisttaps to True, in the state of keyboard show, click Scrolling View, will not block the scrolling event to get the tap event.
