Sometimes you need to remotely connect to the computer and telnet is used. Telnet is not enabled by default in win7, so the connection will fail. The failure prompt is as follows:
Connecting 192.168.100.103... the connection to the host cannot be opened. Port 23: Connection Failed
At this time, make sure that the Telnet function is enabled. Open Control Panel-> uninstall programs-> enable or disable Windows functions-> select telnet server and telnet server-> OK
Open CMD and enter Telnet 127.0.0.1 to test the connection. If the connection succeeds, the following figure is displayed.
If it fails, it may be that the telnet service is not enabled. (Some system Telnet functions have been enabled, but Telnet still cannot be connected,Tip: connect refuse or port 23: Connection Failed. (The numbers in the figure are in the order of steps. If you select right-click, you can click right-click, or click left-click, or click Next to select the corresponding item .)
