Problem reason: remote login mysql error after migrating database to MySQL host:

1130 ' 10.0.0.8 '  is  This MySQL Server

WORKAROUND: Switch to MySQL host and refresh MySQL database after entering MYSQ

mysql> FLUSH privileges;
