The Find and Replace feature of Word 2010 enables users to quickly replace target content in Word documents, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window and click the Replace button in the Edit group in the start Ribbon, as shown in Figure 2010081206.

Step 2nd, open the Find and Replace dialog box and switch to the Replace tab. In the Find what edit box, enter the content you want to replace, and then enter the replacement in the Replace with edit box. If you want to replace one by one, click the Replace button, and if you want to replace all the found content, click the Replace All button, as shown in Figure 2010081207.

Step 3rd, complete the substitution click the Close button to close the Find and Replace dialog box. Users can also click the More button for more advanced custom replacement operations.
