Research Framework for industrial development of key industrial functional areas in Beijing

 

I wrote a project proposal to study the industrial development of key industrial functional areas in Beijing. Unfortunately, it is a pity that it is too late to pass the deadline for bidding, this is a general research framework:

 

The main content of this study is to systematically study the industrial structure and spatial layout of key industrial functional areas in Beijing based on the economic census data of Beijing during different periods through GIS technology and spatial metering economics theory, this paper analyzes the industrial characteristics, spatial structure, and industrial agglomeration mechanism of functional areas, explores the industrial development rules and evolution trends of key industrial functional areas, and proposes policies and measures to strengthen the industrial agglomeration and radiation capabilities of major industrial functional areas, it provides a basis for the scientific development of industrial functional areas in Beijing and the establishment of the 12th Five-Year Plan for Beijing.

 

(1) Research on the theoretical framework of urban industrial functional area development and construction

This paper studies the theoretical framework for the formation and development of urban industrial functional areas and domestic and foreign application cases, and puts forward the overall framework and suggestions for the development and construction of industrial functional areas in Beijing. As a carrier of urban functions, the urban industrial functional area reflects the essential characteristics of cities from the perspectives of industrial agglomeration and function optimization, therefore, this study will explain the main framework of industrial functional area development and construction in Beijing from three perspectives: agglomeration effect, radiation diffusion effect, and social and economic benefit.

 

(2) Research on Industrial Structure and spatial layout of Industrial functional areas in Beijing

Describes the macro industrial characteristics of the industrial functional area in Beijing. Based on the two levels of economic activity units (Enterprise and standard industrial departments), the company uses spatial statistics and metering analysis methods from the two geographical scales of districts and counties and street offices, this paper analyzes the industrial structure and spatial distribution characteristics of the industrial functional area in Beijing, measures the agglomeration characteristics and density characteristics of the spatial distribution, and describes the overall structure and regional differences of the industrial functional area in Beijing.

 

(3) study on industrial agglomeration mechanism and evolution trend of Industrial functional areas in Beijing

This paper mainly studies the rule and evolution trend of the formation and development of industrial functional areas in Beijing. By analyzing the industrial structure changes between the two economic census, this paper analyzes the evolution of Industrial functional areas in Beijing in terms of time sequence and space, explores the mechanism of industrial agglomeration in functional areas, and establishes a driving force model for functional area changes, forecast the future development pattern and evolution trend of the industrial functional area in Beijing.

 

(4) Beijing Industrial functional area development policy proposal

Based on the industrial development, functional changes, and spatial structure changes of major industrial functional areas in Beijing, this paper explores the integration scheme of Industrial Structure Optimization for key industrial functional areas in Beijing, propose policies and measures to further strengthen the agglomeration and radiation capabilities of major industrial functional areas.
