In Nature and human society, cooperative behavior, such as the Lions in the African Grassland cooperative predation, human society's production and management cooperation, as well as the global greenhouse gas carbon emissions management, and so on, need to be coordinated between groups to achieve. But in a group, not all individuals are willing to act cooperatively, because the individual has a certain self-interest mentality, some people will take the act of non-cooperation (that is, betrayal). In this context, how the cooperative behavior is generated and maintained among the selfish individual, has been widely concerned by experts and scholars in the fields of economy, politics, society, psychology, biology, computer and so on, becoming a research hotspot. Evolutionary game theory is regarded as one of the most powerful tools to study cooperative behavior.

According to the data of China Statistical Yearbook 2012, at the end of 2012, the number of college students in the country was 25,365,647. College students are the middle power of the future society, and also an important part of maintaining social stability. At present, in addition to the professional learning-oriented composition of class, professional, college and other levels of relationship, there are many forms of group existence, such as student associations, public welfare activities, loose interest groups, scientific research teams and other forms, the relationship between these students of the reasonable description and characterization, And the emergence of cooperative behavior in groups and the emergence of the conditions are worth analysis and research. In addition, from the school level to understand, at present, all kinds of new student group organization structure form is also emerging, such as school District system, college system, the organization and management mechanism between student groups, the interaction mechanism between individual students is also a very worthy of exploration of the problem.

This project takes the university student Community Relation network as the research object, uses the complex network model to depict the interpersonal relationship of the students to carry on the research of the evolutionary game cooperation behavior, analyzes the change rule of the social cooperation behavior of the university students in the relationship network depicted by different network structure, Comparing what kind of complex network model is more advantageous to the generation of cooperative behavior in game model. At the same time, taking into account the inherent tendency of students, immediate discount preferences, direct reciprocity, indirect reciprocity and other factors to the community's overall cooperative tendencies, and find out what mechanism and what conditions can promote the emergence of cooperative behavior in college students community. Through the study of dynamic network structure to reflect the interpersonal relationship in real life, and through the study of college students Cooperative Behavior to guide the construction of a more conducive to the emergence of cooperative behavior of the new college students community, improve the student community learning enthusiasm and cooperation enthusiasm, the formation of a benign interaction of the cooperative groups.

The contents and steps of the subject research

Main content

In the early evolutionary game cooperative behavior Research, the network structure is static unchanged. In recent years, people began to pay attention to the change of network structure under the influence of evolutionary dynamics, and the influence of the change of network structure on the emergence of cooperative behavior in evolutionary game. The main research contents of this project are 2 aspects:

1) study the relationship between college students ' community network structure characteristics and its impact on the emergence of cooperative behavior;

2) in the context of evolutionary game dynamics and network structure, the change and emergence of cooperative behavior in college students ' community are studied.

As a powerful means to research cooperative behavior, the commonly used evolutionary game model has the prisoner dilemma model, shovel snow model, public goods model and so on. Prisoner dilemma and shovel snow model, in the initial case each individual (node) with the same probability p=0.5 select cooperation (C) or betrayal (D) as their own game strategy. In each round of the game, each individual and the surrounding direct neighbors to play a game to gain revenue. If the two players all take the cooperative strategy, both of them get the benefits of R; If both of them take the strategy of betrayal, both of them get p earnings; if one person cooperates with one person, then the partner gains the benefit of S, and the traitor gains T. In the prisoner dilemma model, these 4 parameters are ordered as T > r > p > s, and in the game of shovel snow, the order of the profit parameters becomes T > r  > s > p. A matrix representing the benefits of different policy combinations is described as follows:

After each round of game, the individual updates the policy according to some kind of update rule and takes the updated strategy as the strategy in the next round game. After long enough to evolve, the system achieves a relatively stable state in which the proportion of collaborators in the network tends to stabilize. The proportion of collaborators in a stable state is often referred to as the frequency of cooperation, and is an important index to measure the level of system cooperation. The

Public goods model is defined as the assumption that a system of n individuals has a public fund in which each individual can choose to invest 1 units of money into a public fund (that is, select a partnership strategy c), or choose not to invest (that is, to choose a betrayal strategy D). If an individual chooses to cooperate in a round of games, the public fund will add value to the sum of R on the basis of total capital A, that is, the currency of the A*r unit can be obtained, and the resulting currency is evenly distributed by n individuals.

As a result, the partner has invested 1 units in front of the currency, the proceeds are (a*r/n)  – 1; and the return of the Betrayer is  a*r/n. Obviously the individual who chooses to betray the strategy will gain more benefits than the collaborators, from the perspective of human rationality and selfishness, more people tend to choose betrayal, but if we all choose to betray, then the proceeds will fall until 0.

But in reality, not everyone chooses to betray in a rational and selfish way, and there will still be individuals who choose to cooperate in some circumstances, so how to understand the issue of the generation and maintenance of the cooperative behavior among selfish individuals is widely concerned and is also one of the objectives of this project.

As with the prisoner dilemma game and shovel snow game, in the public goods game, individuals also adjust their strategies according to some kind of updating rules. In the evolution of game, how to update one's own strategy is also a very important research content. The policy updating rules commonly adopted in the evolutionary game of complex networks are:

1) The best substitution, the individual imitating the most profitable individuals in the round game in the neighborhood, with its strategy as the strategy of the next game.

2) A better person has an alternative opportunity, an individual randomly chooses one of the neighbors to make a profit comparison, and if his earnings are higher than that of the chosen neighbor, maintain his own strategy, and if his income is lower than the chosen neighbor, he will choose the neighbor's strategy as a strategy for his next round of game.

3) Depending on the learning strategy of the income difference, the individual randomly chooses one of the neighbors to make a profit comparison, and his income is higher (lower) than the chosen neighbor, the lower the probability that he chooses to adopt the neighbor's strategy as the next round of game strategy (higher).

under the same policy update rules, different network structures can affect the level of cooperation of the system, while in the same network structure, different policy update rules also show different cooperation frequencies.

In the study of evolutionary game theory, it is usually assumed that the individual interacts with the homogeneous mixture (well-mixed), but the reality is not, the individual may only contact with the few other individuals around him. The theory of complex networks has a new interpretation on the relationship between individuals. Without the structure of cyberspace, the individual interacts with all N-1 individuals within the group, and once there is spatial structure, the individual interacts only with the neighboring individuals. Different network topologies represent different network characteristics, which have different effects on the evolution of game and the emergence of cooperative behavior. The common network topology is as follows: Rule network, Random network, Small World Network, scale-free network, 1 shows.

                          Figure 1  Common network topologies

Random networks are generated by random processes and have good mathematical characteristics. The network has two methods of construction, one method is to start with N non-connected points, randomly select 2 nodes after the connection to form a K-bar, and the other is by each pair of nodes with a probability p join formation, 1 small and medium figure C is shown. The degree distribution of nodes in random networks is two-item distribution, when n is large enough, the degree distribution is approximate to Poisson distribution, in a large number of studies, stochastic network model is widely used in the general hypothesis of real network. The

Random network reflects the randomness of the relationships between nodes, and in contrast, another case of network structure is non-randomness. The simplest form of expression for non-random networks is the rule Network (lattice graph), in which the connections between nodes are determined according to established rules, as shown in 1 small and medium figure A.

However, in the real human social network system, The role of the individual is neither fully coupled nor regular, and experimental studies have found that the social Human Relations Network has the characteristics of Small world, that is, the average path is relatively short and the cluster coefficient is large. Watts and Srogatz in the Nature journal in 1998 gave the concept of a Small World network: In a given rule network with probability p on each of the old edge of the re-routing, the other end of the edge is randomly placed on the new node, excluding itself to its own wiring and duplicate lines. When P=0, for the regular network, when P=1, for the random network, when 0<p<1, for the Small World Network. Because the social network has the very strong small world characteristic, therefore studies the group game behavior in the Small World network to have the very realistic guidance significance.

This project will analyze the statistical characteristics of complex network structure, including mean path, cluster coefficient, degree and degree distribution, node-number of network and edge-medium number, and then study the influence of these network structure characteristics on the emergence of cooperative behavior in the evolutionary game of college students ' community. At the same time, on the basis of analyzing and comparing the characteristics of the existing evolutionary game-driven generation network model, this paper studies the changing Law of cooperative behavior in college students under the interaction of evolutionary game dynamics and network structure.
