Resolve firewall restrictions remote connection MySQL

Open Windows Firewall, turn on advanced settings

1. Inbound Rule Settings  
① Select the inbound rule, then create a new rule, select the port, and then next  
② Select TCP, select a specific port, and then enter the port. If there are multiple ports that need to be separated by commas, for example: 3306 
③ select Allow connection  
④ Select Profile  
⑤ input rule name Mysqlport

2. Outbound Rule Settings
① Select the outbound rule, then create a new rule, select the port, and then next
② Select TCP to select a specific port and enter the port, if multiple ports need to be separated by commas for example: 3306
③ Select Allow connection
④ Selecting a configuration file
⑤ Enter rule name Mysqlport
