SSH connection to CentOS display garbled solution

In order for putty to appear normal, you need to do the following:

1. Set the/etc/sysconfig/i18n on the CentOS as follows


Lang= "ZH_CN. UTF-8 "

2. In the Putty Putty Configuration window, set the following:


1. Window->appearance->font setting

Set Font to: New song, No. 10th

2. Window->translation->remote Character Set

Set value to: UTF-8

This set after the putty through SSH connection to the CentOS, the normal display of Chinese characters, no longer appear garbled.

The following solution is more convenient, do not change the system default language.

1.putty->window->apperance->font Settings->change Select language

2.putty->window->translation->use Font encoding-> UTF-8
