Therefore, you do not need to manually upgrade to the new kernel. The deletion method is different from the yum upgrade method.
Delete A non-kernel method:
1. Delete unnecessary kernel library files in the/lib/modules/directory.
2. Delete unnecessary kernel source code in the/usr/src/kernels/directory.
3. Delete the core files and kernel images started under the/boot directory.
4. Change/boot/grub/menu. lst and delete unnecessary start lists.
