To implement the option of adding a "Generate file list" to the folder right-click menu, simply write a plain text file with a text editor with the extension reg, such as List generation. Reg, and then execute the file.

Small tip:

This method is applicable in various WINODWS versions that are currently in transit. The/on in the above argument indicates that the list is generated by file name sorting. By modifying the parameter/on to other parameters, you can achieve a change in the way the list of files is sorted. If/os is sorted by size,/oe is sorted by extension,/od is sorted for file dates. If you want to include all levels of subdirectories, you need the plus/s parameter.

When executing this reg file, the system will have the information source confirmation prompt, because there is no problem with the source, so click "Yes" to release (Figure 2). If you import the registry successfully, the system will have a successful import prompt. Click "OK".

To right-click a folder in System Explorer, the Generate file List command appears (Figure 3). Executing the right key command generates a TXT list file with the same name as the folder at the same location as the destination folder, listing the list of files under that folder.

Small tip:

If the installation of antivirus software prompts suspicious items during the execution of Reg, it needs to be released.
